Breakfast Funsies

As you might remember, our skincare writer Bre wrote an article about what goes into your body is important for the wellness of your skin. This is true for the rest of your body too! Putting in good nutrients is what keeps your body healthy. Here are some fun, breakfast ideas for you to make sure what goes into your body is yummy and healthy!

Kale Smoothie:

  • 4 stalks of kale
  • ½ Frozen banana
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/3 cup of pineapple
  • 1 Kiwi
  • Combine and blend. Enjoy 😉

Breakfast Quesadilla (with no cheese):

  • 1 tortilla
  • ½ cup of peanut butter
  • 3 cut-up strawberries
    Heat up pan on stove, slicking with oil or cooking spray. Spread peanut butter on one side and then place the other side down on the pan. Place strawberries in any design you choose on the peanut butter. After two minutes, flip half of the tortilla across itself. Flip the quesadilla, then wait. Cut up into fours and serve.

Fruit Salad. With Yogurt!

This recipe depends on your preference for fruit.

  • Choose 4-5 types of fruit, cut them, and put into a bowl. Pour yogurt all over for a fun breakfast!
